It’s Friday and that means its time for some new content to arrive on Disney+ in the United States  There is one big new addition to Disney+ this week, the all-new Disney+ Original film, Black Beauty, plus another new episode of Star Wars: The Mandalorian.  And there are some new additions to the library.

Here’s the rundown:


Star Wars: The Mandalorian – Season 2 – Episode 5

The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire.



Black Beauty

In this modern day reimagining of Anna Sewell’s timeless classic, we follow Black Beauty, a wild horse born free in the American West. Rounded up and taken away from her family, Beauty is brought to Birtwick Stables where she meets a spirited teenage girl, Jo Green. Beauty and Jo forge an unbreakable bond that carries Beauty through the different chapters, challenges, and adventures of her life.


The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse – Episode 3 & 4

Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (US)

Alexander faces a nightmare when he discovers a gum stuck in his hair. He feels disastrous when his family isolates him, so he wishes for a bad day for them.



The Adventures of Yellow Dog: Far From Home

Angus, a teenager, adopts a stray dog and names him Yellow. During a trip, Angus and Yellow get trapped in the wilderness and struggle to survive, while his parents seek help from rescue teams.


Marvel’s Spider-man: Maximum Venom (s3)

The web-slinging series follows Peter Parker, who is learning to navigate life as the teenage superhero Spider-Man. Now going into his third year at Horizon High, Peter is confident he can handle anything that comes his way, but he’s pushed to his breaking point when Venom summons an earth-shattering threat from its home planet.


Once Upon a Time in Wonderland

In this Once Upon A Time spin-off, Alice, a young and beautiful girl, recounts the tale of a strange new land that lies on the other side of the rabbit hole.

Alaska: Port Protection – Season 3

Port Protection is home to the few who have left behind normal society and chosen a different life in a remote Alaskan community, where survival of the individuals and community cannot sustain without the other. The stakes are high. The land is rugged and unforgiving and the seas which surround Port Protection are cold and merciless. With risk comes a reward more profound than mere survival: a world of beauty and freedom with the security of community and without the constraints of bureaucracy. In Port Protection there are no clear roads to survival, inhabitants must carve one themselves.
