This spring, after over twenty years, Marvel is returning to the iconic era of the 1990s for a revival of the animated series, “X-Men”, which is about a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.

The voice cast includes Ray Chase as Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, JP Karliak as Morph, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, AJ LoCascio as Gambit, Holly Chou as Jubilee, Isaac Robinson-Smith as Bishop, Matthew Waterson as Magneto, and Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler.

Beau DeMayo serves as the show’s head writer; episodes are directed by Jake Castorena, Chase Conley and Emi Yonemura, and the series is executive-produced by Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso and DeMayo. The show features music by the Newton Brothers.

The all-new series features ten episodes, and the previous seasons from the 1990s are also available to stream on Disney+.

When Will New “X-Men ’97” Episodes Be Released On Disney+?

The first episode of “X-Men ’97” will be released on Disney+ around the world on March 20th 2024, with new episodes being released weekly afterwards.

This series is made by Marvel Animation exclusively for Disney+, so it will not be available on Netflix, Max, or Amazon.
