It’s Sunday and time for us to take a look at what’s trending on Disney+ this week and with new episodes of “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” dropping every Friday, it continues to hold onto the top of the trending chart.

Star Wars continues to dominate the top of the chart with new episodes of “The Mandalorian” dropping each Friday, along with boosting up “The Clone Wars”, as fans remind themselves about characters such as Bo-Katan and Ashoka Tano.

Christmas has completely taken over the trending chart this week and will probably continue to do so for the next month, with almost half the chart being available on the “Happy Holidays” collection on the home page.

“Noelle” has shot back into the trending chart because the movie was released in the UK and Ireland this past week, along with some other European countries, so that will have resulted in a spike in viewership, plus people are just watching more holiday content right now.

Taylor Swift’s newest special also made the trending list this week, though it hasn’t broken into the top end of the chart. Considering it was a surprise release for Thanksgiving with very little publicity, it might have been missed by some Taylor Swift fans.

It’s interesting to see “From Our Family To Yours” has popped onto the trending chart, especially considering its a Christmas commercial for ShopDisney, but it’s still a lovely short.

Disney doesn’t provide actual viewing numbers for Disney+, so this chart is based off the Trending section on my Disney+ app on Sunday morning.  Numbers within brackets indicate last weeks spot on the trending chart.
