Since Disney+ launched, every live-action addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has been followed by a Disney+ Original “Assembled” special documentary that goes behind-the-scenes of the shows and movies of the MCU, following the filmmakers, cast and crew, and Marvel heroes every step of the way.

Last month, Disney added the latest Marvel Studios film, “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania”, onto Disney+ and announced that its behind-the-scenes special was announced to be coming to Disney+ around the world on Wednesday, 14th June 2023.

The new special would allow us to join the cast and crew of the film, as they delve deep into the creation of “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.” Combining immersive behind-the-scenes footage with candid interviews, Assembled reveals how an incredible new world was brought to the screen.

However, the day has come and gone, and “Assembled: The Making of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania”, was never added onto Disney+.

This isn’t the first time an episode of “Assembled” has been delayed.   Previous episodes of “Assembled”, including “Moon Knight”, “Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness”, and “Hawkeye”, have all had their releases delayed.  However, Disney isn’t very good at communicating when something isn’t arriving on a date previously announced, usually instead going silent and removing any evidence that the announcement was made, such as recently removing the listing from its initial announcement in the June press release.

There is lots of speculation online that the making of the documentary has been delayed due to the current situation involving Jonathan Majors, who is involved in a legal controversy, in which, Jonathon Majors is currently under trial for assault.  Jonathan Majors has been removed from all the marketing for both the digital and home video releases of “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania” and “Creed 3”.  This is also leading many to speculate about the future career of Jonathan Majors, especially within the MCU, should he be found guilty.

Hopefully, we will see “Assembled: The Making of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” on Disney+ soon, but the title wasn’t included on the most recent July list, which came out today, so it might be a while until we see it, if at all.
