Disney has announced that a special episode of Marvel Studios’ “Assembled” series that takes a look at the making of “The Marvels” is set to arrive on Wednesday, 7th February 2024, on the same day as when “The Marvels” is also released on Disney+.

“Assembled” is a comprehensive documentary series of specials goes behind the scenes of the shows and movies of the MCU, following the filmmakers, cast and crew, and Marvel heroes every step of the way. The series takes us behind the scenes with the cast and creative team who brought the movie to life. Combining immersive footage with candid interviews, this episode of Assembled reveals how an incredible new world was brought to life on the big screen.

“The Marvels” is about Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel, who has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole, her powers are entangled with super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and work together to save the universe.

In this special, we take an intergalactic trip with the cast and crew of The Marvels as they tell their experiences making this weird and wonderful film. Step into all the departments of production and discover how they created complex fight scenes, countless alien life forms, and some of the most elaborate sets ever.  From dance parties to kitten days, the cast and crew had an unforgettable time making the movie. Discover this and more when you dive into “Assembled: The Making of The Marvels.”  

Disney has previously released episodes of “Assembled” for all of its films and shows in the fourth and fifth phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the launch of Disney+.
