Ever since the return of Charlie Cox and Vincent D’onofrio as Daredevil and The Kingpin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe following appearances in the Disney+ series, “Hawkeye”, “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law” and most recently, “Echo”. There had been questions about if these characters were the same ones as in the former Netflix original series, since Marvel was using the “multiverse” to explain why they were the same but different.

There was a big shift in the creative team behind the upcoming “Daredevil: Born Again” Disney+ series following the actor’s and writer’s strike, with Marvel Studios deciding ultimately that the “Defenders” shows from Netflix were considered canon and part of the sacred timeline. With shows like “Daredevil”, “Luke Cage”, and “Jessica Jones” then being added to the official timeline section on Disney+ following the release of “Echo”.

With filming now resuming on “Daredevil: Born Again” after the strikes, we’ve seen Jon Bernthal return as the Punisher, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson and Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page.

Obviously, many Marvel fans have questioned if we might see other actors from the “Defenders” series return and this past weekend, Krysten Ritter took to social media to tease a potential return as Jessica Jones.

The actress shared a short Instagram story clip of her wearing a Givenchy Motorcycle Tour t-shirt, which featured a
blue and red eagle print “Save Our Souls” design, that she wore in an episode of “Jessica Jones” called “A.K.A. I Did Something Today”.

In the story, it featured a tag of Givenchy and the text, #IFKYK (If You Know You Know) and a winky face, which is a specific little nod to the fans.

Krysten Ritter played Jessica Jones in both seasons of the show, along with the “Defenders” series, which saw all the characters coming together to face the Kingpin.

It’s unclear if Krysten Ritter is going to be returning as Jessica Jones in the upcoming “Daredevil: Born Again” Disney+ series, or another upcoming Marvel project. Or is she just teasing fans and possibly drumming up some interest online to show there is interest in her returning to the role?

While we wait to see if Krysten Ritter is returning as Jessica Jones, you can catch both seasons of the series on Disney+ now.
