20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for its upcoming movie, Underwater, which is a film that follows a crew of underwater researchers who must scramble to safety after an earthquake devastates their subterranean laboratory.

The movie has been directed by William Eubank, Underwater stars Kristen Stewart, T.J. Miller, Vincent Cassel and John Gallagher Jr..

Underwater will be coming to cinemas on January 10th 2020 and is rated PG13.  As with all 20th Century Fox movies, they are still covered by the existing HBO deal, so it will be a while before the movie can be added to either Disney+ or Hulu.
