Port Protection Alaska – Season 3 Coming Soon To Disney+
Disney has announced that the third season of the “Life Below Zero” spinoff show, Port Protection Alaska, will be coming to Disney+ in the United States on Friday, September 25th.
“Port Protection Alaska,” which profiles individuals trying to survive way above the Lower 48. Surrounded by the North Pacific, Port Protection is a remote community tucked into the northwest corner of Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. The approximately 100 residents who call the rugged, unforgiving land home push the limits of survival, living an isolated and risky existence of self-reliance with no roads, government or law enforcement. However, they think the risk is worth the profound reward: a world of beauty with the security of community without the constraints of bureaucracy.
The third season aired originally in 2017 and consists of 10 episodes.

- Trapped The village of Port Protection is home to both wild characters and wild animals. Both play an integral role in what it means to live and survive in Port Protection. From marten to mink, animals provide food, shelter and clothing.
- If You Build It As winter looms, Port Protection’s residents prepare for Mother Nature’s wrath. Matt Carlson and Kaylee Burke head out to harvest food and materials with their daughter Shipley but encounter unexpected dangers.
- Dark Days Winter has arrived, forcing Port Protection’s residents into the deadly elements to secure resources necessary for survival. Curly Leach must brave the seas to find firewood.
- Blood and Snow In the middle of winter, Port Protection’s residents must fight for survival using old techniques and tenacity.
- Playing with Fire Port Protection’s residents must ensure their safety at all costs. Volunteer firefighters Sam Carlson, Dave Squibb and Stuart Andrews must carry out an emergency fire drill. Curly Leach teaches Mary Miller the art of trapping.
