Disney has announced seven new episodes from the second season of the smash-hit series, “Spidey and His Amazing Friends”, will be released on Disney+ in the United States on Wednesday, 13th September 2023.

Our favourite neighbourhood web-slinger is used to working solo, but now Peter Parker must discover what it takes to become a truly amazing superhero: being a spider friend who works well with others. Together with his friends Miles Morales and Gwen AKA Ghost-Spider, they will team up with heroes such as Hulk, Black Panther and Ms. Marvel, to defeat evil foes and learn that teamwork is the best way to save the day.

Season two of “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends” is executive produced by Harrison Wilcox (“Marvel’s Avengers: Black Panther’s Quest”) and directed by Chris Moreno (Disney Junior’s “Muppet Babies”), who also serves as co-executive producer along with Chris Gilligan (Disney Junior’s “T.O.T.S.”) and Bart Jennett (“Gigantosaurus”). Becca Topol (“Mira, Royal Detective”) is story editor/co-producer, and Steve Grover (“Hello Ninja”) is supervising producer. The series is produced by Disney Junior and Marvel Studios in association with Atomic Cartoons.

The following episodes will be released on Disney+:

S2.E18 ∙ The New Villain in Town/Spidey Cat

• After Doc Ock hurts CAL’s feelings, Team Spidey steps in to help. Gobby steals Miles and Spidey’s powers and accidentally puts them in Bootsie.

S2.E19 ∙ A Syrupy Solution/Little Ant, Big Problem!

• Ghost-Spider teams up with her dad to save the forest from Doc Ock. Peter accidentally grows his pet ant to the size of a dog.

S2.E20 ∙ Ock Tower/Outsmarted by Art

• Spidey and Iron Man must take back Stark Tower from Doc Ock. Hulk and Miles have to find new ways to stop Sandman after he figures out how to avoid their signature moves.

S2.E21 ∙ Super Scooter/The Lost Web Shooter

• When the villains team up to take out the heroes and their super-powered vehicles, it’s up to Ghost-Spider and Ms. Marvel to save the day. When Spidey loses one of his web-shooters, two kids get the dream of a lifetime to help him recover it from Doc Ock.

S2.E22 ∙ Catnap Caper/Bunny Bonanza

• Team Spidey must stop Black Cat from stealing stuffed animals. The Spidey Team works together to rescue Hulk’s pet, Buns Buns, after Doc Ock multiplies her.

S2.E23 ∙ Dino-Rama/Daytime at Nighttime

• The heroes stop Gobby and Rhino from wreaking havoc, but Reptil’s jewel turns them into dinosaurs. Team Spidey must stop Electro from disturbing nocturnal animals in the forest.

S2.E24 ∙ Stolen WEB-Quarters/Spideys in Space!

• When Zola takes over WEB-Quarters, Team Spidey must decide whether to destroy it to save the city. Team-Spidey goes to the moon in their new Web-Spinner suits.

These episodes have previously aired on the Disney Junior channel and continue a trend of Disney animated shows debuting on linear television before eventually getting a binge batch drop at a later date.

The first season, along with the first 17 episodes of the second season of “Spidey And His Amazing Friends”, are also available to stream now on Disney+.
