Disney has announced that this coming Friday, the Marvel Studios Special Presentation, “Werewolf By Night”, is going to be made available on Hulu for a limited time until Halloween.

On a dark and somber night, a secret cabal of monster hunters emerge from the shadows and gather at the foreboding Bloodstone Temple following the death of their leader. In a strange and macabre memorial to the leader’s life, the attendees are thrust into a mysterious and deadly competition for a powerful relic—a hunt that will ultimately bring them face to face with a dangerous monster.

The special film stars Gael Garcia Bernal, Laura Donnelly, and Harriet Sansom Harris.  Michael Giacchino has directed “Werewolf By Night”.

This is the first Marvel Studios Special Presentation to be released on Hulu, but it isn’t the first Marvel Disney+ Original to be released on Hulu, as earlier this summer, some episodes of “Secret Invasion” were released on the platform to try to increase viewership.

Disney will also release a special “In Color” version of “Werewolf By Night” on Disney+ on Friday 20th October 2023.  The original version will also remain on Disney+.  With Disney getting ready to merge Disney+ and Hulu together once it completes the purchase of Comcast’s stake, we are seeing more promotions involving both Hulu and Disney+, including sharing content between the two platforms.
