Disney’s Searchlight Pictures is developing a new film called “In The Blink Of An Eye”, which is going to be directed by Oscar winner, Andrew Stanton, who has previously directed Pixar’s “Wall-E”, “Finding Nemo,” “Finding Dory” and “John Carter.”

“In The Blink Of An Eye”, is a Sci-Fi adventure that follows three storylines, spanning thousands of years, intersect and reflect on hope, connection and the circle of life.

According to Deadline, Kate McKinnon is going to be starring in the upcoming film.  Kate has previously starred in “Saturday Night Live” in addition to the 2016 version of “Ghostbusters” and the Peacock original series, “Joe Vs Carole”.  She will also be starring in the upcoming “Barbie” film, which is due to arrive in cinemas this summer.

The film has been written by Colby Day and he will also be an executive producer on the film.  Jared Ian Goldman is also a producer on the project.  With SVP Production Taylor Friedman and Creative Executive Apolline Berty overseeing for Searchlight Pictures.
