20th Century Studios is developing a brand new heist thriller called “Eenie Meanie”, which is about a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavoury past when a former employer offers her a chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend.

The upcoming film is going to star Samara Weaving in the lead role and Deadline has revealed that Karl Glusman has joined the cast as the male lead, the on-again-off-again boyfriend, called John.

Karl has previously starred in “Starship Troopers: Invasion,” “Reptile,” and “Greyhound.” He will also star in the upcoming films “Civil War” and “The Bikeriders.”

“Eeenie Meanie” is going to be directed and written by Shawn Simmons, who has previously worked on “The Continental”,.  and it will be produced by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who has previously worked on “Deadpool”.

Apparently, this film is likely heading straight to Disney’s streaming services, Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world.
