It’s Sunday, and time to look at what’s trending on Disney+.  The biggest new release of the week, “X-Men ’97”, debuted on the trending chart in the United States, following the release of the first two episodes of the new series.   The original animated series from the 1990s also got a boost in viewership.

The Taylor Swift—The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version) concert continued to hold onto one of the top spots on trending chart, showing the repeat value of this special.

“Bluey” continues to keep pulling in audiences on the trending chart, which is mainly full of the usual suspects of popular films.

With the Disney+ homepage recently updating to showcase some bingable series, some well-known series like “Malcolm In The Middle” got a bump in viewership in the UK and “The Imagineering Story” also reappeared on the US trending.

While Hulu on Disney+ launched in the US last month, it’s still in its Beta version until March 2024, so any content from Hulu isn’t included in the main trending chart. 

In the United Kingdom, “Poor Things” slips onto the trending chart following its recent release and Oscar win.   “Grey’s Anatomy” continues to be the most popular show on the platform, while the new FX series, “Shōgun”, has kept pulling in viewers.  The second season of the British original series, “Extraordinary”, also has stayed in the trending chart.
