“Vanderpump Villa” Renewed For A Fourth Season

One of the most popular reality series on Hulu and Disney+ is “Vanderpump Villa,” which follows Lisa Vanderpump’s hand-selected staff as they work, live, and play at an exclusive location.

Disney has revealed on social media that the show has been renewed for a fourth season and will be set in Salzburg, Austria.  Once again, Stassi Schroeder will be returning.

The first season was set at an exclusive French estate: Chateau Rosabelle.  In each scintillating episode follows the elite staff as they try to provide luxurious, once-in-a-lifetime, Vanderpump-curated experiences for guests while dealing with rivalries, romances, and raucous misadventures that come from living and working together 24/7.

From firework-filled proposals and opulent events at the chateau to unbelievable excursions and outrageous confrontations in the French countryside, each day at the Chateau brings nonstop heartfelt, humorous, and heated moments, from staff and guests alike. All the while, Lisa evaluates whether this is the team to make her “pop-up” experience a permanent reality and add to her ever-growing empire.  But will this unparalleled-yet unorthodox crew be able to rise to the occasion and meet both the guests’ and Lisa’s great expectations?

Season one was released in 2024, with new seasons dropped in 2025 and 2026.  The second season shifted location and was set at “Castello Rosato,” a breathtaking 12th-century castle set amidst an enchanting Italian backdrop. Renowned for her timeless elegance and flair, Lisa Vanderpump raises the bar with bespoke luxury and unforgettable celebrations. New and returning staff face soaring stakes, as one standout earns a $30,000 bonus. With fiery romances, rivalries, and surprises – including former employee Stassi Schroeder’s watchful eye – Vanderpump Villa promises another summer of pure decadence and drama.

The third season was released earlier this year and sees Lisa Vanderpump return home to England to challenge her staff to the most lavish, drama-filled summer yet. This year she’s invited back not only Stassi Schroeder, but also stars from the biggest reality franchises on TV, who are trying to escape the “real” world… but can’t shake the consequences of it. These guests with messy pasts, hidden agendas, and unresolved feuds arrive ready to sip champagne, spark romance, and stir the pot as old rivalries reignite and new hookups heat up. Fan-favourite staff return seeking redemption while eight ambitious newcomers fight for their place to meet Lisa’s high standards. With a life-changing bonus on the line, some will thrive, but not everyone will survive the wildest summer ever at Vanderpump Villa.

Lisa Vanderpump serves as executive producer under her Villa Rosa production banner. Julie Pizzi, Erica Ross, Peter Geist, Ian Gelfand, and Eric Fuller also executive produce. The series is produced by Bunim/Murray Productions, part of Banijay Americas.

The previous three seasons of “Vanderpump Villa” are available to stream on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.

Roger’s Take:  With filming underway on the fourth season, I suspect we won’t see it arrive on Hulu and Disney+ until next spring, but with the location once again shifting to a beautiful European location, this new season will once again draw in the audiences that love the drama.
