It’s Friday and Disney+ in the United Kingdom and Ireland has plenty of new films and shark documentaries to enjoy this weekend, including a brand new film, “Zombies 3”.

Here’s the rundown:


ZOMBIES 3

“ZOMBIES 3” stars Milo Manheim as zombie Zed and Meg Donnelly as cheerleader Addison, who are beginning their senior year at Seabrook High in the town that’s become a safe haven for monsters and humans alike. Zed is anticipating an athletic scholarship that will make him the first zombie to attend college, while Addison is gearing up for Seabrook’s first international cheer-off. Then suddenly, extraterrestrial beings arrive in Seabrook, provoking something other than friendly competition.


Flee

A powerful and innovative animated documentary exploring the refugee experience from the inside, giving a voice to one man’s moving story. Told mostly through animation, Flee weaves together a stunning tapestry of images and memories to tell the deeply affecting story of a man grappling with his traumatic past in order to find his true self and the real meaning of home.


Harmonious

Feel the glorifying power of Disney music as we celebrate World Music Day together as reinterpreted by artists from around the world.


Shark Beach with Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth has a real passion for sharks. The Hollywood star talks to experts to find out more about the apex predators of the oceans.


Shark Attack Investigation: The Paige Winter Story

Paige Winter was 17 years old when she lost a leg and part of her hand in a shark attack in 2019. Experts are investigating the accident to find out which shark was responsible and how to prevent future attacks.


Shark Gangs

Wuthering Heights (2011)

Earnshaw, a kindly Yorkshire farmer, adopts Heathcliff, a young orphan. Once there, he grows passionately fond of Catherine, Earnshaw’s daughter, and draws the ire of Hindley, Earnshaw’s son.


Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods (2014)

In an attempt to wipe out the Gaul community, Caesar tries to entice the inhabitants into moving to a luxurious Roman colony and adapting their culture. His plan, however, is challenged by Obelix.


127 Hours (2010)

Aron Ralston, a mountain climber, is on a hiking adventure in Utah when he gets trapped in a canyon. Soon, he takes desperate measures to survive and struggles for 127 hours before he is rescued.


Chicken Run (2000)

Rocky, a rooster, and Ginger, a chicken, decide to escape from a chicken farm when they learn that their owner is plotting to have them killed.


Philomena (2013)

BBC journalist Martin Sixsmith reaches out to Philomena Lee to help her in her mission to find her son who was given up for adoption when she was a teenager.


Dear Frankie (2004)

A single mum who has been writing her son Frankie fictitious, adventurous letters under the guise of the father has to hire a stranger to play Frankie’s father for one day.


Florence Foster Jenkins (2016)

Florence Foster Jenkins, a socialite in 1940s New York City, tries to achieve her dream of becoming an opera singer despite having a terrible singing voice.


The Iron Lady (2011)

An aged Margaret Thatcher gets nostalgic as she empties her late husband Denis’s wardrobe. She struggles to come to terms with her husband’s passing while also recollecting her political journey.


Suffragette (2015)

In 1912, Maud, a 24-year-old laundress, finds her life turned upside down when she decides to testify in order to secure the right to vote for women all over Britain.


The Queen (2006)

Queen Elizabeth II tries to deal with a series of events following the death of Princess Diana.


Dead Poet Society (1989)

John Keating, a progressive English teacher, tries to encourage his students to break free from the norm, go against the status quo and live life unapologetically.
