The latest streaming chart has been released by Nielsen for the week of January 11th 2021 to the 17th of January 2021 for the United States.  There are three different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows and Movies.

Marvel Studios “WandaVision” makes its first debut on the Nielsen Top 10 Originals chart for the first time, as in this week, the first two episodes were released onto Disney+.  Considering only two episodes of the series, were available for three days of this reporting period, expect this show to slowly make its way up the chart in the coming weeks.

“Star Wars: The Mandalorian” dropped down into the tenth position.  This marks the first time two Disney+ Original series have been in the Top 10 Originals chart.

Netflix’s “Bridgerton” was the most-watched Original available that week, followed by the Karate Kid sequel series, “Cobra Kai”.

Three Disney+ movies make the Top 10 movies chart, including “Soul”, “Moana”  and “Frozen 2”.  Pixar’s “Soul” dropped from last week’s number one.  ABC’s Criminal Minds topping the Top 10 Acquired series, along with Grey’s Anatomy.
