Disney has released the first trailer for the upcoming documentary series based on the popular K-Pop group, “Super Junior”, which is coming to Disney+ around the world, including in Australia and Canada, on Wednesday, 18th January 2023, which is also the same date as the band’s 18th anniversary.

The upcoming documentary will chronicle the band’s journey from their early days as “Super Junior 05” to their current status as global stars, and it will feature never-before-seen interviews with the current active “Super Junior” members – Lee Teuk, Hee-chul, Ye-sung, Shin-dong, Eun-hyuk, Dong-hae, Si-won, Ryeo-wook, and Kyu-hyun – as they recount their personal stories and share insights on the group as well as the modern K-pop industry.

This new series is part of Disney’s expansion into Korea with many new originals that have included “Shadow Detective”, “Snowdrop”, “Soundtrack #1”, and many more. Disney has also released a number of originals featuring other K-Pop groups such as “BTS” and “Blackpink”.
