It was recently reported that filming on the third season of the smash-hit Disney+ series “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” would begin filming in August.  A new production report has listed filming will be starting on April 5th in Los Angeles, California.

Hopefully, with filming starting months earlier than originally expected, it’ll be less time until we get to see more adventures of “The Mandalorian” on Disney+.  But it’s important to remember that even after filming is completed, it still takes a long time to edit together the series and create all the special effects and other work that has to be done to make the show.

During the finale of the second season of the show, it was revealed that a new Mandalorian spin-off show called “The Book Of Boba Fett” will be coming to Disney+ in December, which is currently being filmed.   During an interview on “Good Morning America”, the shows executive producer Jon Favreau confirmed that they would be doing pre-production on the third season of “The Mandalorian” when “The Book Of Boba Fett” is released, and then production will start on “The Mandalorian” season 3 after they’ve finished “The Book Of Boba Fett”.

Are you excited for the return of “The Mandalorian”?
