In a recent interview with The Convor Call, Star Wars composer Kevin Kiner revealed that in addition to the second season of “The Bad Batch”, Lucasfilm is working on a brand new unannounced Star Wars animated project and that “it’s a very special project, some great, great people are involved.”

Kevin Kiner has previously composed music for many Star Wars animated series including “The Clone Wars”, “Rebels” and “The Bad Batch”, all of which are available on Disney+.

During the recent interview, Kevin revealed a little more on the unannounced animated project:

“You know, we are working on a new project. It’s an animated project. It’s a Star Wars project. And that’s all we can say. It’s really, really frikkin’ great… To the point where Lucasfilm and Disney are giving us full orchestra for every episode… It’s a very special project, some great, great people are involved, and we’re really privileged to be part of that one. And I probably said too much already.”

It’s been rumoured that Lucasfilm is working on multiple animated series including one based on “The High Republic” or “Tales of the Jedi”, which was rumoured when some images of Lucasfilm employees getting gifts featured the logo of the show was seen online.

Currently, Disney has only announced a second season of “The Bad Batch” is coming soon to Disney+ and hopefully, new animated projects will be announced soon.
