Disney has announced a brand new Latin American original called “Solo Amor Y Mil Canciones”, which will be released on Disney+ in many countries around the world including the US and across Latin America on Thursday 8th December 2022.

On the 10th anniversary of Violetta’s release, Tini gets together with her former castmates to celebrate, giving her fans an intimate, unique, and unforgettable show. Tini, Jorge Blanco, Candelaria Molfese, and Mercedes Lambre gave the audience a night to remember with their new versions of five of the show’s songs.

The new Disney+ special is directed by Diego Peskins, the director behind some of Tini’s recent music videos, and the sound was mixed by the world-renowned sound engineer, producer and winner of two Grammy awards Andrés Mayo with Dolby technology. Atmos, turning “Solo Amor Y Mil Canciones into the first musical content of Disney+ Latin America available with immersive sound and achieving a premium sound experience for the audience. The show’s art direction and choreography has been created by by Marina Ahumada, who is also another close collaborator of the Tini’s in her videos and her live shows. 

 

Premiering on Disney Channel Latin America on May 14th, 2012, Violetta quickly became one of the most popular series for audiences in the region and over three seasons, it became a true international cultural phenomenon. The series has aired on Disney Channel Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Russia, reaching nearly 140 countries in 15 languages.

The “Violetta” phenomenon crossed also stepped out from the TV screen into other medias, with four studio albums and one live album, two international tours, three feature films, and countless consumer products with extensive collections of items inspired by the series. Thus, “Violetta” became the first Disney franchise created outside the United States. 

The three seasons of “Violetta” are available now on Disney+, plus in some countries, a number of concert specials are also available.

“Solo Amor Y Mil Canciones” is coming to Disney+ on Thursday, 8th December 2022.
