Today in the United Kingdom, the first four seasons of the hit ABC show, “Once Upon A Time” were added to Disney+ and it doesn’t look like it’ll be too long before the show is available on Disney+ in the United States.
This is because What’s On Netflix has revealed that all seven seasons of “Once Upon A Time” will be leaving the streaming platform on September 6th, 2020.
Earlier this year, it was reported that the show would be leaving Netflix in September, two years after the final season was added. Which is lining up with many other ABC shows that have left Netflix recently.
At last years Investor Day event, Disney showed a slide that featured “Once Upon A Time” as being available on Disney+ and with the show featuring a wide selection of classic Disney characters such as Snow White, Captain Hook, Robin Hood, Elsa, Merida and more. Disney+ would be the perfect home for this series.
Disney hasn’t yet announced when “Once Upon A Time” will be added to Disney+. Still, usually, any content that leaves Netflix, is added on the next available Friday, which in this case would be September 11th, though sometimes things have been delayed a little longer, such as “Ant-Man and the Wasp”, when the scheduling lines up better.
The show is also available on Netflix in other regions, so things might vary between countries.
