According to a new listing by the MPA Ratings Board, 20th Century Studios is set to release a new short featuring Maggie Simpson, called “Maggie Simpson In Play Date With Destiny”.  The short has been rated G.

Nothing has been announced about this short by Disney yet, so its possible that its going to be shown at cinemas before an upcoming movie such as “Call of the Wild” or “Onward”, or it could even be an upcoming Disney+ exclusive.

This wouldn’t be the first “Simpsons” short, as “The Longest Daycare,” was released in theaters ahead of screenings Ice Age: Continental Drift and was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.

Over 30 seasons of “The Simpsons” and the movie are currently available to stream on Disney+.
