Disney employees, known as Cast Members, are now being offered a free Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle subscription as a perk of the job.

According to WDWNT, from January 2020, Cast Members will have the option to pick between the new triple streaming bundle or a Disney Parks Main Entrance Pass, which grants Cast Members the ability to take family members and friends to the theme parks for free, though there are some blockout dates and restrictions.

Cast Members will continue to still receive a limited number of complimentary park tickets each year and also still have access to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort parks, in addition to the usual discounts offered to Cast Members.

The streaming bundle is valued at over $155 a year.   Losing the friends & family access perk will really depend on how often a Cast Member is able to visit the parks with their family, since not every Cast Member works or lives near the parks.  Though if a Cast Member does take their friends and family to the parks regularly, the streaming bundle isn’t as valuable.
