Just ahead of the release of Disney+ in Germany on March 24th, Bloomberg has reported that Deutsche Telekom AG is pursuing a deal to get the Disney+ streaming service onto its MagentaTV platform, according to Michael Hagspihl, a board member at the Bonn-based phone company.

“I’m sure we’ll reach a reasonable outcome. Our goal is to be the platform that aggregates the most partners.”

MagentaTV already carries services including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Adding Disney+ to its service would allow the new streaming service to be available to more German customers and bring in revenue for both parties.
