The cast and filmmakers from the Disney+ Original movie “Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers,” a hybrid live-action/CG animated action-comedy, were in Hollywood last night for the movie’s premiere, including John Mulaney, Andy Samberg, KiKi Layne, Dennis Haysbert, Flula Borg, Tim Robinson, Chris Parnell,  Paula Abdul, Akiva Schaffer (director), Dan Gregor (screenwriter), Doug Mand (screenwriter), Todd Lieberman (producer), David Hoberman (producer), Alexander Young (executive producer), Tom Peitzman (executive producer), and Brian Tyler (composer).

A comeback 30 years in the making, “Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers” catches up with the former Disney Afternoon television stars in modern-day Los Angeles. The movie stars John Mulaney, Andy Samberg and KiKi Layne, and features the voices of Will Arnett, Eric Bana, Flula Borg, Dennis Haysbert, Keegan-Michael Key, Tress MacNeille, Tim Robinson, Seth Rogen, J.K. Simmons, and Chris Parnell. The film is directed by Akiva Schaffer, written by Dan Gregor and Doug Mand and produced by Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman, with Alexander Young and Tom Peitzman serving as executive producers.

“Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers,” premieres May 20th, 2022, exclusively on Disney+.
