During last year’s Disney+ Day, Marvel Studios revealed it was creating a brand new series for Disney+ called “Agatha: House Of Harkness”, which will see Kathryn Hahn return as the evil witch, Agatha Harkness, who was introduced in the Disney+ series, “WandaVision”.

Earlier this year at the San Diego Comic-Con, it was revealed the show was now called “Agatha: Coven Of Chaos” and would be coming out on the streaming service in late 2023, early 2024.

With filming due to begin soon, the cast is slowly being revealed as, earlier this week, it was revealed that “Heartstopper” star Joe Locke has joined the upcoming show, and the Illuminerdi has revealed that Aubrey Plaza has joined the Disney+ series, which has been confirmed by the major trades.  Also returning for “Agatha: Coven of Chaos,” is Emma Caufield, who will be reprising her WandaVision role as Sarah Proctor.

No details have been revealed about what character Aubrey Plaza will be playing, but she is believed to be playing a villain opposite Hahn and Locke.

The actress took to social media to respond to the report and replied with a simple evil emoji, 😈

Aubrey Plaza is currently starring in HBO’s “The White Lotus” and the FX animated series, “Little Demon”, and in the Marvel series, “Legion”.

“Agatha: Coven of Chaos” is being written by Megan McDonnell, Peter Cameron, Laura Donney, and Cameron Squires. “WandaVision” creator and exec producer Jac Schaeffer is also returning as the showrunner on Disney+ original series.
