“A Real Pain” Picks Up 2 BAFTA Awards
This evening, the 78th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) took place at London’s Royal Festival Hall, and Disney was able to pick up a few awards.
Searchlight Pictures “A Real Pain” won two awards, for Best Supporting Actor for Kieran Culkin and Best Original Screenplay.
David Jonsson also won the EE Rising Star Award for his role in the Alien: Romulus movie. What makes this award interesting is that it was the only one of the evening that was voted on by the public.
“Alien Romulus” is available to stream now on Disney+ in the UK, and “A Real Pain” will soon be available on Disney+ in the UK. Both movies are available to stream in the US on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
