Hawkeye Series Rumored To Be Coming To Disney+

Marvel is rumored to be working on a new Disney+ exclusive limited series, based on Hawkeye, according to Variety.

The show will see Jeremy Renner play the Archer, who will soon be seen in the upcoming Avengers: Endgame movie and has previously been seen in Avengers, Civil War, Thor and Age Of Ultron.

The new series is set to be an adventure series in which Clint Barton, a.k.a. Hawkeye, will pass the torch to Kate Bishop.  In the Marvel comic books, Bishop takes up the Hawkeye mantle after Barton. She is also a member of the group known as the Young Avengers.

This is the latest in a long line of Marvel limited series due to be coming to the new streaming service, Disney+.  Other shows include Loki, Winter Solider and Falcon, as well as another show featuring Vision and Scarlet Witch.

While Disney hasn’t confirmed if this series is coming, its expected to at its upcoming Investors Day event on April 11th.
