Searchlight Pictures’ latest film is “All Of Us Strangers”, which tells the story of what happens one night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, when Adam has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbour Harry, which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life. As a relationship develops between them, Adam is preoccupied with memories of the past and finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up, and the childhood home where his parents, appear to be living, just as they were on the day they died, 30 years before.

The film stars Andrew Scott, Paul Mescal, Jamie Bell, and Claire Foy. “All Of Us Strangers” has been directed and written by Andrew Haigh, who has previously worked on “The OA” and “The North Water”.

When Is “All Of Us Strangers” Released?

Like many Searchlight Pictures releases, “All Of Us Strangers” is being given a stretched-out global theatrical release schedule on the following dates:

• US/Canada: December 22nd 2023.
• UK: January 26th 2024
• Australia/New Zealand: January 18th 2024

When Will “All Of Us Strangers” Be On Disney+?

Currently, no official Disney+ release date has yet been announced.

Most Searchlight Pictures’ films get a theatrical exclusive release window of two or three months, so this gives us a rough idea of when “All Of Us Strangers” will be available to stream at home.

In the United States, most Searchlight Pictures’ films are released on Hulu, usually about two months after the initial theatrical release, which is at the end of February 2024.   And with Hulu On Disney+ set to launch in December, this will mean, “All Of Us Strangers” will also be available on Disney+ in the US for Hulu subscribers.

As with all Searchlight Pictures’ films, following a theatrical release, new movies are released on Disney+ internationally in many countries, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.  

The stretched-out release between these countries will likely result in North America getting the film much quicker than the rest of the world by a month or so, likely by the end of March 2024.

Disney+ updates daily at the following times:

• Pacific Time: 00:00 AM / Midnight
• Eastern Time: 03:00 AM
• UK: 08:00 AM
• Sydney, Australia – 19:00 PM

Sometimes, films can arrive a few minutes later as the servers update. The Disney+ front page usually updates about an hour later.
