The only new addition to the trending chart this week was the classic 80’s movie The Princess Diary, which was added to Disney+ in the US and Canada on Friday.
There hasn’t been much change in viewing habits since last week, with the majority of popular movies just shifting a few places. This really highlights what movies are more popular with subscribers but also the “repeat” value these movies offer.
Young viewers continue to lap up Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Puppy Dog Pals. The Disney Channel show, Jessie continues to be a huge draw for viewers, creeping its way up the chart.
With some of these titles not being available internationally, there are some regional differences, with the UK Trending list including Agents of Shield, Avengers: Infinity War and Hannah Montana.
Disney don’t provide actual viewing numbers for Disney+, so this chart is based off the Trending section on my Disney+ app on Sunday morning.
