It’s Friday, and time to take a look at what’s been added onto Disney+ in Canada today, which includes some new ESPN documentaries and a brand new comedy series.

Here’s the rundown:

This Fool

Julio Lopez has a heart of gold and goes out of his way to help everyone but himself. Julio attempts to better his community, overcome his codependency issues with his family, and navigate working-class life in South Central.

Disney Summer Magic Quest

A summer competition special featuring ZOMBIES stars completing challenges at EPCOT in an incredible adventure as part of the Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary celebration.

There’s No Place Like Home

A story of the most important document in sports history — James Naismith’s original rules of basketball — and the quest to return it home.

Survive and Advance

“Survive and Advance” is about a team of destiny, led by a once-in-a-generation coach, that capped the last true golden age of college basketball.

The Dominican Dream

“The Dominican Dream” is a portrait of the Dominican immigrants of New York in the ’80s and ’90s, seen through a loving family whose youngest son, Felipe Lopez, became the top ranked high school basketball player in the nation and was hailed as “The Dominican Michael Jordan’. Embraced as an immigrant hero, then cast aside as an American failure, Felipe Lopez would eventually find happiness not as a basketball player, but as the man he was always meant to be.

Phi Slama Jama

It’s become part of our mainstream sports vernacular. The long suffering fan. It’s become a bit of cliche, too…Yeah, I know LeBron saved Cleveland, and The Sox reversed the Curse, and the Cubbies might go all the way. Save it.
