“The Murky Stream” Teaser Trailer Released

Disney has released a teaser trailer and poster for a new Korean Original series, “The Murky Stream”, which stars Rowoon, Shin Yeeun, and Park Seoham.

The drama promises to delve into the complexities of power, ambition, and redemption. It revolves around a man who started as a warhead in Mapo-Naru, the centre of Joseon’s logistics and economy, and eventually becomes a legend of Joseon.

And here are three new character posters for the show.

“The Murky Stream” will be directed by Choo Changmin (Masquerade) and written by Cheon Sungil (Netflix’s All Of Us Are Dead).

“The Murky Stream” will stream on Disney+ in many countries across Asia, including Korea and Singapore, from September 26th 2025.  As with other Korean Originals, expect to see it also released on Disney+ around the world.
