Disney has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming sixth season of “The Rookie”, which is returning on ABC on Tuesday, 20th February 2024, with next-day episodes available the next day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

The series tells the story of John Nolan, who was once the oldest rookie in the LAPD, and has used his life experience, determination and sense of humour to keep up with rookies 20 years his junior. Nolan now faces his biggest challenge as a police officer, when he must come to terms with the choices he has made in pursuit of the truth.

“The Rookie” stars Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, Mekia Cox as Nyla Harper, Alyssa Diaz as Angela Lopez, Richard T. Jones as Sergeant Wade Grey, Melissa O’Neil as Lucy Chen, Eric Winter as Tim Bradford, Jenna Dewan as Bailey Nune and Shawn Ashmore as Wesley Evers.

Alexi Hawley is creator and executive producer. Mark Gordon, Nathan Fillion, Michelle Chapman, Jon Steinberg, Bill Norcross and Terence Paul Winter are executive producers on the series. The show is a co-production with Disney’s ABC Signature and Entertainment One (eOne) is the lead studio and international distributor of “The Rookie.”
