“Psycho Killer” Digital Release Details Revealed
Disney has announced details on the digital release of the new horror film, “Psycho Killer”, which will be hitting digital stores including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home on April 7th 2026, in the United States.
Following the brutal murder of her husband, a Kansas highway patrol officer (Georgina Campbell) sets out on a journey to track down the perpetrator. As the hunt progresses, she comes to realise the man responsible (James Preston Rogers) is a sadistic serial killer, and the depth of his mental depravity and his sinister agenda is more twisted than anyone could have imagined.
The film marks the directorial debut of renowned producer Gavin Polone, alongside producers behind Barbarian and Weapons, and features a powerful lead performance from Georgina Campbell (Barbarian), delivering a visceral cinematic experience that leaves a lasting impact.
Unfortunately, no release details have been revealed for a physical media release, ie Blu-Ray, or when it might be heading to Hulu and Hulu On Disney+. But it’s likely going to be a month or so after the digital release, in order to make more money through digital purchases and rentals. Internationally, Disney’s 20th Century Studios only looks to have the North American rights to distribute the film, so it might not be heading to Disney+ eventually.
