During Disney’s Investor Day event, Lucasfilm president has announced a brand new Star Wars live-action series called “Rangers of the New Republic”, which will be coming to Disney+ in 2022.

Set within the timeline of The Mandalorian, this new live-action series from executive producers Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni will intersect with future stories and culminate into a climactic story event.

Expect more details to be announced on this new series at a later date.
