Disney has announced that the second season of the Latin American Star original series, “Planners”, is going to be coming to Disney+ in the United States on Wednesday, 13th December 2023, which is the same day as when the show will be released on Star+ in Latin America and on Disney+ in many countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada on Wednesday 13th December 2023.

“Planners” tells the story of Malena, who is in a crisis after separating from Marco. An event planning agency must deal with the challenges and complications of organizing a memorable event. Lots of stress, dreams and emotions all come together to provide indelible moments in the lives of many people. This is a series that celebrates the passion and experiences of organizing events, as well as the sweat and dedication needed to put together the perfect party.

This is one of the first Latin American Star Originals to be released on Disney+ in the United States, and hopefully, the first season of the show will also be made available to US subscribers, since it is currently available on Hulu.    This series is rated 14+ and continues the trend of more general entertainment content being added to Disney+, now that Disney owns Hulu.

The series stars Celeste Cid, Leticia Siciliani, Gonzalo Valenzuela, Guillermo Pfenning and Marcos Montes. It has been directed by Daniel Barone.
