New Korean Drama Series “Blood Free” Coming Soon To Disney+
Disney has announced details on an upcoming Korean Original drama series called “Blood Free”, which is going to star Joo Ji Hoon and Han Hyo Joo.
The upcoming suspense thriller is about Yoon Ja Yoo (Han Hyo Joo), the CEO of the genetic engineering enterprise BF that opens a new era of artificially cultured meat in 2025, and Woo Chae Woon (Joo Ji Hoon), a retired officer-turned-guard who deliberately approaches her, as they get swept up in a mysterious death and incident.
The series will also star Lee Hee Joon, who has previously appeared in “A Killer Paradox”, and will be playing the role of Prime Minister Sunwoo Jae, who wants to take control of the BF Group. It will also star Lee Moo Saeng, Kim Sang Ho and Jeon Seok Ho.
“Blood Free” has been written by Lee Soo Yeon, who has previously worked on “Forest Of Secrets”, and the show will be directed by Park Cheol Han, who previously worked on the Star Original series “Grid”.

The upcoming Korean series will be released on Disney+ around the world from April 10th 2024. As with most other recent Korean original series like “Flex X Cop” and “Moving”, expect this series to also be released on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+, though no confirmation for a US release has yet been announced.
