National Geographic’s Life Below Zero Returning For A New Season

National Geographic’s Courteney Monroe has announced details on the return of “Life Below Zero”, which is coming this October to National Geographic.

Multiple Emmy award-winning series LIFE BELOW ZERO follows the lives of rugged individuals living subsistence lifestyles in remote areas of Alaska as they brave the frigid winter temperatures and the ensuing spring breakup. Each day brings unexpected conditions, forcing even the most seasoned bush dwellers to adapt to their changing environment. With resources dwindling and daylight shifting, they must risk it all to defend their chosen life in the wilds of the Alaskan bush.

The new series will consist of 19 episodes and previous seasons of Life Below Zero have been confirmed to be available as part of the new streaming service, Disney+.

I have looked at LBZ since the beginning and I have never grown tired of it. I wait for a new season excitedly. The wait can be bothersome but I always wait. I’m ecstatic that a new season is coming and is 19 episodes, I’m holding you to it. I don’t think I can stand the disappointment. So THANK YOU for another season.

I used to watch LBZ, but for some unexplained reason I stopped. I am truly sorry and anxiously wait for October, 2019. This truly is a show that should never be canceled. RKS, Retired Actuary.
