Disney has announced that the second season of “Life & Beth” will be coming out on Hulu in the United States on February 16th 2024.  The first season was released in 2022, and it was also released around the world as a Star Original on Disney+.  The series was renewed for a second season in late 2022.

The series follows Beth,  whose life would look great on paper. She does well as a wine distributor, has a successful boyfriend and lives in Manhattan. When a sudden event forces Beth to engage with her past, her life changes forever. Through flashbacks, Beth learns how she became who she is and who she wants to become — someone with a bigger, bolder, more authentic life.

In the second season, as Beth and John’s relationship grows more serious, Beth begins to examine the possibilities of marriage and having a family as she and John seek answers for their communication problems. Is Beth’s traumatic history with men, and people she trusted from her youth destined to repeat itself? And what is triggering her fears? Beth does her best to keep her relationships alive while struggling to support friends and family who are all facing their own problems while entering their fourth decade.

The series stars Amy Schumer, Michael Cera, Susannah Flood, Violet Young, as well as recurring guest stars, Kevin Kane, Yamaneika Saunders, Laura Benanti, Michael Rapaport, LaVar Walker, Sas Goldberg, Arielle Siegel, Rosebud Baker and more.

“Life & Beth” is written, directed, executive-produced, and starring Amy Schumer. It is executive-produced by Kevin Kane, Daniel Powell, and Ryan McFaul. The series is produced by FIFTH SEASON.

All ten episodes of this comedy will be released at once.  No international release details have been announced for when the second season will arrive on Disney+.  Hopefully, it’ll be released globally on the same day or won’t be too far behind the Hulu release date.

The first season of “Life & Beth” is available to stream now on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ in many countries around the world, including the UK, Australia and Canada.
