20th Television and A+E Studios are currently developing a new pilot called “Criminal Nature”, which is going to star Michaela McManus and Parker Young.  The new series is being created by Rashad Raisani, who is also executive producing the show along with A+E Studios’ Barry Jossen and Tana Jamieson.

“Criminal Nature”, which was formerly known as a National Parks project, is described as a propulsive, soapy procedural set in the stunning world of America’s great outdoors. The story revolves around the tangled, messy lives of the agents who work for the ISB — an elite law enforcement unit responsible for solving all serious crimes that occur in our country’s 81,000 square miles of protected land.

According to Deadline, Ian Duff has joined the pilot and will play the role of Keldon, a handsome, sexy, soulful and genuinely kind ISB (Investigative Services Branch) agent, Audrey’s (McManus) partner and fiancé, who adores Audrey, and vice versa. A silky-smooth master of empathy and interrogation, Keldon and Audrey team up to catch the killer — but their partnership is thrown for a loop when Clay, Audrey’s ex, joins their investigation.

Ian Duff has previously starred in the HBO Series, “We Own This City” and NBC’s “New Amsterdam”.

The pilot has been ordered by ABC, should the pilot get picked up for a full season, we should expect to see the series released on Hulu in the United States and released as a Star Original on Disney+ internationally.
