To tie in with the release of the new Disney+ Original film, “World’s Best”, Walt Disney Records has released the soundtrack to the film on digital platforms, including Amazon, Apple and Spotify.

The film tells the story of 12-year-old mathematics genius Prem Patel, who discovers his recently deceased father was a famous rapper and immediately sets out to pursue a career for himself as a rap superstar. While his recent actions may appear reckless and the quickest way for him to lose everything, Prem, empowered by imaginative hip- hop music-fueled fantasies where he performs with his father, is determined to find out if hip-hop truly is in his DNA. As his father always used to say, “the world’s best never rest.”

The new soundtrack features original songs that have been created by the film’s star and co-writer, Utkarsh Ambudkar and Charlie Wilder. The album also includes the film’s original score, that have been composed by Raashi Kulkarni, who has previously worked on “Wedding Season” and Jongnic Bontemps, who has previously worked on “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts”.
