With the start of a new month, Disney often has to remove a small number of titles from its streaming service and once again, another National Geographic title has been removed from Disney+ globally, which includes the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and in the UK.

Once upon a time, long ago, in a land not so far away, our beloved planet was bunched together into one giant super-continent. It was inhabited by very small and similar creatures. But over the next million of years, the land began to break apart, and its creatures began to grow apart-becoming bigger and weirder than ever before.

In the past year, a number of National Geographic titles have been removed globally from Disney+, without any warning, which other streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max do. Some of these National Geographic titles have returned, but many have not.

Unlike most content removals, especially those within the US, titles are removed due to other contracts made before Disney purchased 20th Century Fox, National Geographic title removals are a little more complicated and no details on why this title was removed have been announced.

Should the removal be an error, hopefully, the documentary is added back to Disney+ soon, as this has happened with some previous titles.

What do you think of Disney+ removing titles?
