This summer, Disney is releasing a brand new live-action series, “Star Wars: The Acolyte”, which is set hundreds of years before the events of the Skywalker Saga.

An investigation into a shocking crime spree pits a respected Jedi Master against a dangerous warrior from his past. As more clues emerge, they travel down a dark path where sinister forces reveal all is not what it seems ….

The series stars Amandla Stenberg, Lee Jung-jae, Manny Jacinto, Dafne Keen, Charlie Barnett, Jodie Turner-Smith, Rebecca Henderson, Dean-Charles Chapman, Joonas Suotamo, and Carrie-Anne Moss.

How Many Episodes Of “Star Wars: The Acolyte” Will There Be?

This new series will consist of eight episodes.

When Will New “Star Wars: The Acolyte” Episodes Be Released On Disney+?

The first two episodes of “Star Wars: The Acolyte” will be released Disney+ around the world on June 4th 2024, with new episodes being released weekly afterwards.   As with it’s recent major Disney+ Original series, “The Acolyte” is being released during a prime time slot in the evening in the Americas and while the show is being released globally at the same time, due to timezones, the release date does change.

What Time Will New Episodes Of “Star Wars: The Acolyte” Be Released On Disney+

New episodes of “The Acolyte” will be released at the following times:

• Pacific Time: 6:00 PM – Tuesday
• Eastern Time: 9:00 PM – Tuesday
• UK: 2:00 AM  – Wednesday
• Sydney, Australia – 11:00 AM – Wednesday

Sometimes episodes can arrive a few minutes later as the servers update. The Disney+ front page usually updates about an hour later.

Is “Star Wars: The Acolyte” on Netflix?

This series is made by Lucasfilm, exclusively for Disney+, so it will not be available on Netflix, Max, or Amazon.
