This Holiday season, Marvel is giving us Disney+ subscribers a special gift of the entire second season of the hit animated series, “What If?”, the show that flips the script on the MCU, reimagining famous events from the films in unexpected ways.

Season two of “What If…?” continues the journey as The Watcher guides viewers through the vast multiverse, introducing brand new and familiar faces throughout the MCU. The series questions, revisits and twists classic Marvel Cinematic moments with an incredible voice cast that includes a host of stars who reprise their iconic roles. Featuring fan-favorite characters this season, like Nebula, Hela and Happy Hogan, episodes are directed by executive producer Bryan Andrews, with executive producer AC Bradley as head writer.

How Many Episodes Of “What If?” Will There Be?

Just like with the first season, there will be nine episodes of the second season of Marvel Studios “What If?”

When Will New “What If?” Episodes Be Released On Disney+?

The first episode of “What If?” will be released on Disney+ around the world on Friday, 22nd December 2023, with new episodes being released every day afterwards over the holiday period.

Here’s a list of when each of the new episodes will be released:

• Episode 3 – Sunday 24th December 2023
• Episode 4 – Monday 25th December 2023

• Episode 7 – Thursday 28th December 2023
• Episode 8 – Friday 29th December 2023
• Episode 9 – Saturday 30th December 2023

What Time Will New Episodes Of “What If?” Be Released On Disney+

Disney+ updates on daily at the following times:

• Pacific Time: 00:00 AM / Midnight
• Eastern Time: 03:00 AM
• UK: 08:00 AM
• Sydney, Australia – 19:00 PM

Sometimes, episodes can arrive a few minutes later as the servers update. The Disney+ front page usually updates about an hour later.

Is “What If?” on Netflix?

This series is made by Marvel Studios exclusively for Disney+, so it will not be available on Netflix, Max, or Amazon.
