It’s Tuesday and time to take a look at what’s been added onto Disney+ in the United States today, which includes a new episode of “Shōgun” and much more.

Here’s the rundown:

Shōgun – New Episode – HULU

“Shōgun,” an original adaptation of James Clavell’s bestselling novel, is set in Japan in the year 1600 at the dawn of a century-defining civil war. Producer Hiroyuki Sanada stars as “Lord Yoshii Toranaga” who is fighting for his life as his enemies on the Council of Regents unite against him. When a mysterious European ship is found marooned in a nearby fishing village, its English pilot, “John Blackthorne” (Cosmo Jarvis), comes bearing secrets that could help Toranaga tip the scales of power and devastate the formidable influence of Blackthorne’s own enemies — the Jesuit priests and Portuguese merchants. Toranaga’s and Blackthorne’s fates become inextricably tied to their translator, “Toda Mariko” (Anna Sawai), a mysterious Christian noblewoman and the last of a disgraced line. While serving her lord amidst this fraught political landscape, Mariko must reconcile her newfound companionship with Blackthorne, her commitment to the faith that saved her and her duty to her late father.

The Interrogation Room – New Episode – HULU

ABC News Studios and ABC News’ No. 1 newsmagazine, “20/20,” announced “The Interrogation Tapes: A Special Edition of 20/20,” a new true-crime docuseries looking at some of the most compelling criminal cases in recent history through the lens of interrogations, unveiling the tricks of the trade detectives use to coax confessions from suspects. As the stories unfold, experts in the science and tactics of interrogations, along with ABC News legal correspondents Ryan Smith, Brian Buckmire and Jami Floyd, go inside this supercharged space, unpacking dynamic, tense and vulnerable moments at the heart of each case.

American Idol (New Episode) – HULU

The competition narrows during the final showcase round for judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie, deciding who will earn a coveted spot in the Top 24 and compete for America’s vote. Ryan Seacrest hosts.
