As with most major movies released by Walt Disney Studios, new theatrical movie releases are getting released on digital platforms to purchase before they are made available on Disney+, since they want to increase how much money they make from a movie. While no Disney+ release date has been announced, expect it to drop around the same time as the physical media release.
