“The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” Returning To Czech Republic This Summer To Finish Filming
Back in March, filming on the upcoming Disney+ series, “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, was halted, when the Czech Republic issued a lockdown in response to the Coronavirus, forcing production to end.
Recently, “Falcon” actor Anthony Mackie stated that there was still a little left to film and according to a Facebook post from casting company called ExtrasFilm in the Czech Republic, filming on the upcoming series is due to begin soon. As “Tag Team” is the working title for “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” and looks to be filming in July or August.
Nothing has officially been announced by Marvel regarding filming restarting on the Disney+ series, but in many countries around the world, filming is now allowed, with social distancing measures in place.
“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” is due to arrive on Disney+ in August, however with some filming still left to do, it would seem unlikely that the entire season will be ready. This is leading many fans to speculate that the series will be delayed or possibly split into two.
Either way, it’s unlikely that Marvel’s initial plan for the show will be able to hit its August deadline.
Do you think “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” will arrive on Disney+ in time?
