Production on the upcoming fourth “Spider-Man” movie is set to begin later this summer, which will see Tom Holland return as Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man!

The fourth instalment in the “Spider-Man” franchise will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who has previously worked on “Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings” and the upcoming Marvel Disney+ series, “Wonder Man”. The movie will also be produced by Amy Pascal and Marvel president Kevin Feige.

While we don’t know any information about the plot of the new film, Deadline has reported that Sadie Sink has joined the cast in an unknown role. There has been a lot of speculation that she could be introduced as Jean Grey, who is one of the more well-known X-Men characters, though she could also be playing another well-known red-haired character like Mary Jane, MJ or even Firestar!

At the end of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, Doctor Strange made a spell that resulted in everyone forgetting that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, giving him chance to rebuild his life after Misterio revealed his secret identity in “Spider-Man: Far From Home”.

Sadie is most well known for her role in the hit Netflix series, “Stranger Things” and she will also star in the upcoming Original movie, “O’Dessa”, which hits Hulu and Disney+ later this month.

The fourth “Spider-Man” film will be released in cinemas on July 26th 2026.
