Disney’s FX has ordered a pilot for a brand new high-profile drama called “The Sensitive Kind”, which is a Tulsa noir about a guy who knows too much.

The upcoming pilot is going to star Ethan Hawke, who has previously starred in many movies including “Training Day” and “Telsa” plus the Disney+ Original series, “Moon Knight”. Ethan will also be an executive producer along with Sterlin Harjo, who is also the creator of the show. He will also be the writer and director for the pilot episode.

Sterlin Harjo is also the co-creator and showrunner on the hit FX series, “Reservations Dogs” and this project falls under his overall deal that he has with FX Productions, who are making the pilot.

The pair previously worked together on the FX series, when Ethan made a cameo apperance as Rick Miller in the penultimate episode.

According to Deadline, also executive producing the pilot will be Garrett Basch.

Should FX pick the pilot up for a full series, we should expect to see the show available on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and released as a Star Original on Disney+ around the world.
