“Encanto” Wins 3 Grammy Awards
Disney’s “Encanto” had a fantastic night at the 65th annual Grammy Awards, picking up three awards, showing the power of this amazing animated film.
The film tells the story of the Madrigals, who are an extraordinary family who live hidden in the mountains of Colombia in a charmed place called the Encanto. The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift — every child except Mirabel. However, she soon may be the Madrigals last hope when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is now in danger.
“Encanto” picked up three awards, including:
- Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media
- Best Song Written For Visual Media – We Don’t Talk About Bruno
- Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media (Includes Film And Television)
Other winners at the event included Lizzo’s “About Damn Time” winning Record Of The Year, Harry Styles won Album Of The Year, with Adele, Beyonce, Bad Bunny, Taylor Swift and many more also picking up awards.
The 65th annual Grammy Awards were held at the Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles. The event covered music released between October 1st, 2021, to September 30th, 2022.
